The vampire theme of Blood Rage is on show right from the start, and there are some nice symbol designs on offer in this package. Despite that, the overall production values are hardly impressive, and you wouldn’t be able to tell that this is actually a 2022 release by looking at it. Aside from pay symbols, there are also Heart Wilds and Dark Portal Scatters. Heart Wilds can substitute for other symbols to complete winning combos, but they can’t appear on reel 1.
